This home is located in one of the most beautiful areas of DePere perched high above the Fox River. Prior to this all encompassing remodel, it was dark, dated and had low ceilings which prevented the client from being able to fully enjoy the stunning views. The builder literally raised the roof, retrussed the entire home and removed most of the interior walls. We repurposed meaningful architectural elements from the original home, used locally salvaged barnwood and beams and utilized local artisan talent ensuring that this home can tell a story of the owners personality. After the remodel, this home reflects the clients love of rustic farm house design while allowing for sweeping views from all areas of the house.
