This condo always had fabulous views of Lake Michigan, but was not always such a bright, happy place to vacation and entertain. We opened up the kitchen and sunroom spaces, allowing for even better views from every vantage point and used crisp white, classic navy, kelly green and fun pink accents in the finishes and furnishings to add a whimsical cottage vibe. Innovative slide by doors to the sunroom look as good open as they do closed letting the client take in the views even when the space is closed off. The handsome fully remodeled navy and white kitchen allows for integrated entertaining and serving. Two fully remodeled bathrooms incorporate white oak furniture style vanities and vibrant tile accents that pop against a crisp white backdrop.
